CODE 3 Video Productions in Louisville, Kentucky, uses cutting edge technology to provide superior, quality video. As a professional camera crew with years of experience, we take pride in filming with equipment that delivers remarkable final productions.

We have recently begun using the Sony XDCAM, a combo high-definition and standard definition camera, perfect for broadcast and other productions. In fact, the XDCAM is the most widely used and requested camera in the industry due to its workflow. While many move away from tape, the XDCAM offers a tapeless, digital format with quick and easy downloads of footage. With this camera, clients may choose the original native XDCAM files or we can convert them to quicktime files at the conclusion of the shoot within minutes. The camera also offers a low res recording to a thumb drive that enables producers to instantly have a copy for logging video before they make it back to the edit suite.

In addition to our noteworthy XDCAM, we also utilize a Panasonic HD P2 camera and we still maintain a SD Betacam in addition to goPros and other production gear, including, Arri, Lowell and Kino Flo Diva lighting, green screen and standard field audio equipment with wireless systems.
